In our poodle atelier, returns are easy and safe.
But remember to look at the table SIZE GUIDE making sure you select the correct product . A return is like a double shipment, so you will face double costs.
If, despite everything, your purchase does not convince you, if you have made the wrong size, if your puppy has new needs or simply if you have changed your mind, you can return what you ordered to us at your expense and if you wish, we will send you another one (always at your expense). If you have purchased more than one product, you can return whatever you want, it is not necessary to return in full.
How to return
Here's how you do it:

call or write to inform us of your wish to return, within 14 days of receipt. We recommend sending some photos of the product to amministrazione@atelierdelbarboncino.it or via whatsapp on 349.6698925 to evaluate the conditions of the product together and thus avoid unpleasant misunderstandings.

DO NOT use the product, DO NOT remove the label and DO NOT open the package , because in this case we will no longer be able to accept the return.

pack the product in the box in which you received it or in any other suitable box. DO NOT use packaging that is too light or weak, the product could be damaged.

write the address on the package , so that if the shipping label comes off or gets lost, the package will still arrive

choose whether to use our courier or your trusted courier . Using our courier, we will send you the waybill by email, you will have to print it and put it on the box. The cost varies according to the weight and size, (with a minimum of 8 euros for weight up to 1 kg) and will be deducted from any refund of the item, or if you purchased an item but got the wrong size , you can make an exchange by requesting the exact size. The shipping costs will be at your expense: from you to me for the return and from me to you for the new shipment (about 8 Euros each way for parcels up to 1 kg) . For a total of 16 Euros.

wait for our communication: as soon as we receive the return, we will check it and inform you. At that point you can tell us how you prefer the refund to take place, whether with a shopping voucher to be used on a new order or with a credit card or paypal.
If the product you have purchased seems to be defective or non-compliant, contact us and we will help you solve the problem. Returns and/or refund requests for tampered products will not be accepted as it would be impossible to determine whether the malfunction is due to a manufacturing defect of the product or to incorrect use.
Until the end of the government's containment measures for Coronavirus, it will not be possible to request refunds of any kind due to shipping or delivery delays by the courier. The return policy remains unchanged.
