Covid-19 emergency

We entrust the shipments of orders to the courier in the times declared, however for the delivery of the orders in some areas it could take up to 3 days longer by the couriers than the usual times.

To contain the risk of contagion from Covid-19 and therefore limit interpersonal contacts as much as possible , shipments can be collected without the obligation to sign for acceptance until new provisions.

Until the government's containment measures for Coronavirus have ended, it will not be possible to request refunds of any kind due to shipping or delivery delays by the courier . The return policy remains unchanged.

Delivery times in Italy

All orders are shipped within the working day following that of insertion and are delivered with the express courier chosen by Atelier del poodle in 24/48 hours from the time of shipment ( 72/96 hours islands and disadvantaged areas ).

Deliveries take place throughout the day.
It is not possible to indicate a preferred delivery time slot but you can always consult the tracking link received by email after shipment.

Shipping fees

Shipping is FREE for Italy.

In order for the delivery to take place without difficulty, it is essential:

  • indicate the exact street number and the specific zip code of the area (not the generic one of the city);
  • accurately indicate the name or number shown on the bell of the house;
  • if it is a job, indicate the name of the company;
  • indicate the telephone number at which the recipient can be contacted.

Costs and delivery times in Europe

Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the order and it is not possible to order goods for more than 20 kg in total.

It is possible to track the shipment by clicking on the shipment link received by email on the day of shipment. You don't need to enter any data.

If the recipient is absent on the first delivery attempt, the courier will attempt to deliver the goods a second time.

If the delivery does not take place again, the courier opens a storage file and communicates the situation to Atelier del poodle. The recipient will find a non-delivery notice left by the courier and must take care to follow the instructions on the notice within the days indicated by the courier.
Upon expiry of the terms indicated by the courier on the notice, Atelier del poodle will charge the recipient for any additional storage costs.
